CAPCELLENCE is an independent, owner-managed industrial investor with a medium to long-term investment approach, a so-called evergreen structure focused on minimum entry periods of 20 years. CAPCELLENCE is today synonymous with very healthy small and medium-sized companies with annual sales exceeding € 300 million, sound results and positive cash flow. Furthermore,  CAPCELLENCE disposes of further funds for investment amounting to approx. € 85 million.

At present the members of the Management Board of GARDEUR GmbH are Michael Simon as CEO (Corporate Strategy/Production/Marketing/Sales), Marc Höfig (Finance/IT) and Peter Hölters (HR/Legal).

GARDEUR currently generates sales worth  € 100 million and employs 1,700 staff members in Germany and abroad.
